Refund policy
Integrity and Hygiene Standards
Due to the cosmetic and sterile nature of our essences, strict return policies apply to ensure the safety of all customers.
- Eligibility (Vessels) : For full-size bottles, we offer refunds or exchanges within 15 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original sealed packaging and has not been used. The refund will be processed within 5 business days.
- Exclusion (Pockets) : Because these products are handled and prepared individually in our laboratory, the Pockets (1ml, 3ml and 5ml) are not eligible for return or refund. This policy ensures that the integrity of the composition is never compromised after leaving our controlled environment.
- Damaged Products: If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@essensioperfumes.com with photographic proof for an accurate replacement. If it is proven that the product was damaged before reaching you, the purchase price will be refunded within 5 business days.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. In the case of damaged or incorrect products, Essensio will cover the return shipping costs.
